Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor guest and team member activities through closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and direct observation.
  • Detect, investigate, and document suspicious activities, policy violations, criminal activity, and regulatory concerns.
  • Capture, preserve, and maintain video evidence for investigations, compliance reviews, and risk management purposes.
  • Monitor and respond to surveillance alarms and security notifications.
  • Review video footage to resolve guest disputes, support investigations, and assist operational departments.
  • Prepare detailed daily reports, incident logs, and investigative documentation.
  • Conduct surveillance audits of gaming operations, count rooms, slot operations, food and beverage outlets, cage operations, and security procedures.
  • Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company, guest, and team member matters.
  • Assist management, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement when requested.
  • Participate in court proceedings related to gaming investigations when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn surveillance software systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and observation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and prepare accurate reports.
Preferred
  • One (1) year of casino gaming experience.
