This program allows participants to gain broad experience in various areas such as risk analysis, trading support, and financial reporting while adapting to the unique demands of overnight operations. The rotational aspect helps analysts develop a comprehensive skill set and a better understanding of how different teams collaborate, which can enhance career growth opportunities within the company.
