What is an overnight financial analyst?

Overnight Financial Analysts are professionals who monitor and analyze financial data, market trends, and transactions during non-standard business hours, typically overnight. They often work for global financial institutions that require round-the-clock market coverage, such as investment banks, trading firms, or multinational corporations. Their responsibilities may include preparing reports, assessing risk, and supporting trading or investment decisions that occur outside regular business hours. This role ensures that organizations remain informed and responsive to global financial developments that happen overnight.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an overnight financial analyst?
