Summary
Seeking an experienced Regional Regional Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established Northern California sales territory.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional business.
Develop new business within the luxury residential construction market.
Sell premium custom window and door solutions to builders, contractors, architects, designers, dealers, and homeowners.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical product guidance.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist customers in selecting appropriate product solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through project completion.
Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Travel throughout the assigned territory with occasional overnight travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales experience in the window and door, fenestration, millwork, or architectural building products industry.
Proven experience managing a sales territory and developing customer relationships.
Experience working with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, or distributors.
Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand construction documents, blueprints, or project plans is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling premium or custom window and door systems.
Existing relationships within the Northern California construction and architectural community.
Experience with luxury residential projects or custom home builders.
