Job Summary/Objective

At Michel Sales Agency, we strive for excellent customer service in the field and the Sales and Service Specialist is the key component to us achieving our company goals. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced technical Specialist who will manage the field service duties by performing on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Essential Functions

  • Hydronic and plumbing expertise; strong technical knowledge of heating systems
  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and hydronic equipment; manage contractor calls and submittals
  • Interpret blueprints/specs; inspect systems and identify issues
  • Coordinate with contractors, estimators, and PMs to support bids and projects
  • Perform startups, schedule service calls, and resolve field issues with factory partners
  • Maintain records, documentation, and knowledge of products and warranty policies
  • Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and proper equipment maintenance
  • Train and present products to contractors; obtain required certifications
  • Support sales through pre/post-sale service, trade events, and customer engagement
