Job description

Company Description Fabric creates breakthrough Human Experiences™ that enable organizations to use experience as a core competitive advantage. The company combines strategy, design, and experience management (XM) to deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions. Fabric emphasizes actionable execution, helping clients move from vision to measurable impact quickly. Applicants can expect to join a team that values clarity, collaboration, and cutting through complexity to deliver meaningful results for clients.

Role Description This full-time remote Sales Development Representative role focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Fabric’s experience-led solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and conducting outbound outreach via email, social channels, and phone to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate activity and prospect data in CRM tools, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns. The role also involves following up on inbound leads, understanding client needs at a high level, and providing clear, timely communication that supports the overall revenue strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience building and managing a high-volume prospecting pipeline.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development activities, including opportunity qualification and collaboration with account executives.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects clearly and professionally across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Comfort working with CRM and sales engagement tools, and using data to prioritize outreach and track performance.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet or exceed activity and quota targets.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or experience-management solutions is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
