Job description

As aconstruction manager,you'lloversee real estate construction projects to meet the operational needs of Progressive's business units.You'llmanage every phase of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. You'll coordinate withlandlords,contractors,architects, engineers, andexternalvendors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.You'llcollaborate closely withvarious internal partners, including transactions,designers,procurement,sourcing, facilities,corporateart,security, and telecom. Typical projects include relocations, expansions, downsizes,tenantbuild-outs,reconfigurations,and capital building improvements.You'll also manage multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicting priorities
This is a remote position that also includes frequent overnight travel, including weekends. Travel frequency is 1-2 times per month.
Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of five years project related experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field and a minimum of two years project related experience

Preferred skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the commercial construction industry, including construction documents, coordination processes, and quality control requirements, supporting execution across multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end construction processes, including scheduling, estimating,negotiations, complex problem solving,and value engineering to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the RFI and submittal lifecycle, ensuringtimelyresolution, design coordination, and adherence to project standards.
  • Demonstrated advanced project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiencywith MS Project, Autodesk, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $119,500/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
