This is a physically demanding position operating in fast-paced, loud jobsite or warehouse environments, including outdoor conditions. The position will require 1st and/or 2nd shift work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move, sort, stage, and stack raw materials, tools, and equipment to and from storage areas, production areas, and delivery vehicles.
  • Pull orders from inventory and deliver materials to work centers or jobsite locations as required.
  • Maintain in-process inventory by delivering and opening materials and supplies for crews.
  • Locate materials listed on production orders and verify quantities and accuracy.

2. Receiving & Shipping

  • Inspect and document incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or quality concerns.
  • Prepare outgoing materials for transport by securing, padding, crating, or packaging items appropriately.

  • Report inventory shortages or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Open containers, sort, and catalog materials for storage or production use.

4. Site Maintenance

  • Keep storage yards, warehouses, and equipment areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment used for material movement (carts, lifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times on the jobsite or in the warehouse.
