Seeking Change Management Specialist candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as NSWC.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategy Management Functional Area - Strategic Performance Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Change Management Specialist | Strategy Management [NSWC003008]

Provide defense And security-related Management And Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of The U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).  These services are considered part of the ProSidian Aerospace, Defense, And Military Sector Group, with the overall focus being Aerospace, Defense, And Military (DME) Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense And Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness under NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) with service(s) also characterized as Strategic Management Services

Provides expertise in change management to support the reorganization, identify performance gaps, and develop communication plans to foster organizational alignment. Specializes in change management, organizational alignment, and performance improvement.  Lead change management processes, minimize resistance, foster organizational alignment.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Change Management Specialist | Strategy Management [NSWC003008] (NSWC003008) Candidates:

Experience with change management methodologies, certification in change management preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field, 4+ years in change management.
