Part-Time Weekends Hotel 2nd Shift Front Desk ClerkLocation: Element Hotel 2312 Center Street Chattanooga, TN 37421About the Position

Element by Westin is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis for the 2nd shift Saturday amp; Sundays This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.

Shift Hours
  • 8 hours: 3pm-11pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at all times.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and pantry/market area.
  • Stock and restock supplies in the pantry/market and coffee area..
  • Any other job duties asked while during the shift.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, especially with Marriott brands.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of front desk operations and hotel accounting procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
