A day in the life
Start your day shift in our small, friendly office, where you’ll help boaters and anglers find exactly what they need for their marine electronics—especially electric trolling motors. You’ll toggle between your inbox and the inbound call queue, guiding customers through part selection, checking order status, and sharing clear, practical product advice. Every interaction is documented accurately, and every order is entered cleanly so the next steps move without a hitch.
There’s no outbound cold calling—only genuine problem solving. You’ll provide prompt, courteous, and professional service that builds trust and strengthens long-term relationships. Along the way, you’ll keep an eye on departmental goals and contribute to the team’s success with excellent written and verbal communication.
What you’ll handle
- Respond to inbound calls and emails to assist with parts ordering, product selection, and order status updates for marine electronics (with a focus on electric trolling motors).
- Offer technical guidance and clear product information tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Enter orders precisely and record call details within the computer system.
- Deliver professional, courteous service that enhances customer relationships.
- Meet team objectives and performance targets.
Schedule and compensation
- Day shift, Monday–Friday.
- Flexible hours within 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Optional overtime on Saturdays or extended hours during peak season.
- $20.00 per hour.
- Full-time, long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity.
