Job description

Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Cotswold in finding a Full-Time Family Assistant for their 2.5-year-old daughter. The Family Assistant would typically be needed Monday - Friday, a minimum of 40 hours a week (hours will be worked between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm). The best Family Assistant would be reliable, proactive, and engaging, who is passionate about supporting a child's growth and helping a busy household run smoothly. This family is seeking a long-term caregiver who is excited to become part of a growing family and grow alongside them over the years. They are looking for someone who will work as an extension of the parents by reinforcing household rules and routines while providing attentive, developmentally focused care.
A strong candidate will prioritize keeping their daughter active, engaged, and socially connected through a variety of enriching activities and experiences both inside and outside the home. Their daughter is a very social and energetic child who loves spending time outdoors, meeting new friends, and participating in daily outings such as trips to the library, children's museum, zoo, playgrounds, and botanical gardens. The family would love someone who enjoys planning fun, child-focused activities while supporting developmental milestones and assisting with potty training.
In addition to childcare responsibilities, the Family Assistant will help keep the home organized and well-stocked.
