Job description

Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen.

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a quiet overnight role in a luxury hospitality setting? White Elephant Aspen is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Overnight Houseperson / Public Areas Attendant to help keep our hotel pristine, organized, and ready for guests every morning. Shift hours are 11pm – 7am.

*Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest corridors, restrooms, stairwells, lobbies, meeting rooms, offices, boot lounge, and fitness areas
  • Ensure public spaces and service areas are spotless and fully stocked
  • Launder terry and support overnight laundry operations
  • Organize storage closets and replenish supplies
  • Respond to overnight guest or housekeeping requests
  • Ensure safety and security standards are upheld throughout your shift

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently on overnight shifts
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move throughout the property for extended periods
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Fluent in English (spoken & basic written communication)
  • Positive, professional, and helpful attitude
  • Previous hotel or building cleaning experience
