About the Role:

We are seeking an overnight Desk Clerk to join our team. In this front-line role, you'll be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, coordinating with contracted security staff, and supporting the day-to-day safety and administrative functions of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on common area activities and security concerns
  • Oversee visitor check-ins and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Coordinate with third-party security personnel
  • Respond to on-site emergencies and escalate issues per protocol
  • Complete and follow up on incident reports
  • Maintain organized and confidential front desk logs and reports
  • Assist residents with work orders, complaints, and other needs
  • Answer phones and provide general property information
  • Keep front desk and lobby area clean and professional
  • Support Property Manager and Leasing Specialist with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with resident service providers and external partners
  • Attend staff meetings and required trainings

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies
