Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator will provide daily support to an array of dynamic individuals, working cooperatively and effectively with various personality types. They will be a self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a challenging environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to administrative team, and other areas as needed
    Reviewing and processing incoming documents
    Copying, faxing, and preparing filings for overnight shipping
    Corresponding with clients and third-party vendors
    Completing detailed internet research
    Writing and editing documents
    Updating and maintaining public and private access files
    Updating and maintaining our immigration database
    Superior phone etiquette
    Occasional offsite travel within the Financial District
    High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
SKILLS
Capacities to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
    Ability to work with ambiguous or unclear requirements, and drive to a successful resolution
    A high level of client service acumen and ability to work with all levels of a client's organization
    Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities
    Solid analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement
    Have the ability to work effectively with others and have great interpersonal skills
    Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness
EXPERIENCE 
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
    Administrative or Service industry experience strongly preferred
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (preferably in international relations, human resources or possess equivalent and relevant professional experience)
