Paid Media Manager
About Us
At Fullbay, our mission is simple - to create safer roads for our families and yours. As leaders in the heavy-duty repair industry, we power shops with technology that helps them run smarter and more efficiently. As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation - for our teams and our customers.

Position Overview
Fullbay is the leading shop management platform built for heavy-duty and diesel repair shops. We're growing fast and looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels - driving qualified pipeline for our B2B SaaS product. You'll work directly with the Senior Paid Media Manager and collaborate closely with demand gen, content, and revenue ops to ensure every dollar spent is working as hard as possible.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Independently oversee and allocate paid media budgets across all active channels, providing weekly and monthly recommendations to leadership based on performance trends
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and PPL networks, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets
  • In partnership with the Senior Paid Media Manager, develop campaign priorities, ad creative direction, and audience segmentation
  • Maintain pacing documentation to ensure budgets and lead volume targets stay aligned with media plan projections
  • Track, analyze, and report on paid media KPIs across all active channels, delivering regular performance summaries to marketing stakeholders with clear insights tied to pipeline, MQL, and revenue goals.
  • Monitor and continuously optimize evergreen and seasonal campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
  • Research, build, and launch new campaigns across self-serve advertising platforms
  • Deploy A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics on a regular cadence across all relevant platforms including but not limited to landing page design, bidding strategies, ad copy, and ad imagery
  • Make data-driven recommendations on new audiences and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to integrate paid media insights into company-wide marketing and sales initiatives
  • Ensure ad creative and copy meet platform requirements and align with Fullbay brand guidelines
  • Keep current on paid media platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to inform channel strategy
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with an understanding of longer sales cycles and MQL/pipeline metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear strategic recommendations
  • Proven track record of independently managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media budgets
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and CRM-integrated marketing analytics (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows for paid media
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Preferred:

  • Experience with pay-per-lead (PPL) platforms and performance-based media buying
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with OpenAI advertising products or AI-powered media platforms
  • Experience with CTV or programmatic advertising platforms
