Senior Supervisor, Infusion Nursing - Accredo Specialty Pharmacy

Hybrid Role - Work from Home & In-Office in Corona, CA

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in homes and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by:

• Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff.

• Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits.

• Managing patient intake, education, and scheduling.

• Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans.

• Identifying and recommending process improvements.

What You'll Need:

• Active, unencumbered RN license

• 5+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

• 1+ year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)

• Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Strong IV insertion skills

• Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care

• Experience with utilization management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed

• Ability to travel up to 10%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 83,800 - 139,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
