Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Field Service Technicianis responsible forproviding frontline technical service and support to customers while delivering a consistentlyhigh levelof customer satisfaction. This is a homebased role supporting customers throughout theGreaterHouston, TX area with regional travel.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install,maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities

• Travel throughout the greater Houston territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and softwarerelated issues and deliver effective,timelysolutions

• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver

• Support business growth byidentifyingopportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions

Travel is primarily regional within the Houston area and isplanned in advanceto allow flexibility in managing schedules, routes, and customer visits. Overnight travel is occasional and not routine.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel

• Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience

• Basic computer and technicalproficiency(email, mobile applications, Microsoft Word)

• Ability tocomply withcustomer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies

• Valid driver's license with the ability to safelyoperatea company vehicle
