What company in Texas is paying truckers $14000 a week?

There are no widely verified companies offering overnight CDL truck drivers $14,000 per week. Such high earnings are uncommon and may be associated with specialized or owner-operator roles with significant experience, freight types, or bonuses. Job seekers should verify offers carefully and consider industry standards for driver pay and safety requirements.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Overnight Cdl position, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Overnight CDL driver, you need a valid Commercial Driver’s License, a strong safe driving record, and knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations. Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs), GPS navigation, and basic vehicle maintenance tools is important. Dependability, alertness during late hours, and strong time management skills set standout candidates apart. These qualities ensure timely, safe deliveries and reliable compliance with regulations during overnight routes.

Can a truck driver make $5000 a week?

Overnight CDL truck drivers can potentially earn $5,000 or more per week, especially with high-paying routes, overtime, and experience. However, such earnings are typically achieved through long hours, specialized freight, or company bonuses, and are not guaranteed for all drivers.

Can you get a CDL with schizophrenia?

Having schizophrenia can impact the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) because federal regulations require applicants to be medically qualified, which includes mental health assessments. Individuals with schizophrenia must typically be stable on medication and cleared by a medical examiner to meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical requirements for CDL certification. Each case is evaluated individually, and a diagnosis alone does not automatically disqualify someone from obtaining a CDL.

What is an Overnight CDL job?

An Overnight CDL job involves driving commercial vehicles during nighttime hours to transport goods or materials. Drivers typically work overnight shifts to ensure timely deliveries while avoiding daytime traffic. These roles often require a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and may involve long-haul or local routes. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, safe driving practices, and adhering to delivery schedules.

What CDL job can I make $3000 a week?

Overnight CDL truck driving jobs that involve long-haul routes, specialized freight, or team driving can potentially pay $3,000 or more per week. These positions often require experience, a clean driving record, and sometimes additional certifications or endorsements. High-paying roles are typically found in freight hauling, tanker, or flatbed trucking with extended hours and routes.

What are some common challenges overnight CDL drivers face, and how do employers support them?

Overnight CDL drivers often face challenges such as staying alert during non-traditional hours, encountering reduced visibility, and adapting to fluctuating weather conditions. Employers typically support drivers by offering well-maintained vehicles, established safety protocols, and resources like roadside assistance and rest stops to promote driver well-being. Many companies also provide flexible scheduling, regular safety training, and incentives for safe driving to encourage optimal job performance. Building strong communication with dispatch and other team members further helps drivers address issues quickly and stay connected while on the road. Overall, these measures are designed to ensure safety, satisfaction, and successful deliveries on overnight routes.

Job description

Overnight CDL-A Driver - Local Routes
Steady Work | Strong Pay | Home After Every Shift
Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers who want reliable, year-round work and don't mind getting their hands dirty. If you're looking for a stable overnight role with solid pay, overtime, and full benefits, this could be a great fit.
This is local overnight field service work operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. It's hands-on, physical work - but it's honest, essential, and recession-resistant. And yes... it pays well.
What You'll Do
  • Operate CDL-A tanker/vacuum truckssafely and efficiently
  • Perform overnight service work at customer facilities
  • Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
  • Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
  • Work outdoors or industrial environments
  • Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Overnight / night shift (required)
  • Local routes- no long-haul, no hotels
  • Overtime, weekends, and longer shifts available
  • Year-round work- no seasonal layoffs

What We're Looking For
  • Valid CDL-A license (Tanker endorsement required)
  • DNR Operator Certification (Required post-hire; LES covers cost, candidate must pass exams)
  • ability to operate manual transmission
  • Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
  • Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
  • Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
  • Dependable, self-directed, and accountable

What You Get
  • Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Well-maintained, modern equipment
  • Local work- go home when your shift ends
  • A stable company doing essential work that doesn't slow down

Why Drivers Stay
At LES, our drivers value job security, consistency, and being treated with respect. You'll work hard - but you'll be paid fairly, supported by a team, and have dependable work you can count on.
We fully sponsor and cover all costs for you to obtain your Wisconsin DNR Operator Certification after hire-it's legally required for this role, but we'll pay for it and guide you through the process.
This is a hands-on, physically active role driving 10-speed manual vacuum pump trucks, providing essential environmental services, and returning home daily.
Key Requirement:
This position requires you to obtain a Wisconsin DNR Operator Certification to legally operate specific pump trucks in our fleet. LES will fully sponsor the certification fee, but you must be willing and able to study for, take, and pass the required exams within a designated timeframe. Failure to acquire and maintain this certification will result in disqualification from the role.
  • DNR Operator Certification (Required post-hire; LES covers cost, candidate must pass exams)
Important Note on DNR Certification:
Regardless of any prior DNR certifications held, this certification must be obtained under Liquid Environmental Solutions specifically. Certification from a previous employer will not transfer. LES will cover all certification costs, but you will be required to:
  • Register for and attend in-person DNR exam sessions across Wisconsin
  • Successfully pass required exams under Wisconsin DNR regulations (Ch. NR 114, 146, 499, 524 Wis. Adm. Code)
  • Maintain active certification while employed

Failure to acquire and maintain this certification is grounds for termination, as it is a mandatory legal requirement for this position.
Apply today if you're ready for steady overnight driving with real earning potential.
