We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.  
We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.  
As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas - the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

The Role: A Premium Mobility & Performance Advisor

As our Sustainable Mobility Consultant, you will be the voice of a legendary brand. You are not just answering questions; you are consulting discerning drivers, automotive enthusiasts, and everyday commuters on how to optimize their driving experience.

You will help them select the perfect contact point between their vehicle and the earth-balancing safety, high-performance handling, and whisper-quiet efficiency, all while helping them lower their carbon footprint.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Bespoke Consultations: Provide tailored, expert recommendations to drivers based on their specific vehicle dynamics, driving styles, and environmental priorities (such as maximizing electric vehicle range or reducing CO2 emissions).

• A Brand Storyteller: Educate consumers on the latest tyre technologies, sustainable compound innovations, ongoing premium promotions, and exclusive brand offers.

• Empathetic Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complex scenarios with the grace, empathy, and professionalism expected of a premium brand concierge.

• Multichannel Engagement: Connect seamlessly with customers across multiple platforms including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every touchpoint is effortless and high-touch.

• Operational Synergy: Collaborate with internal specialists and global support teams to continuously elevate the customer journey and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Language Master: Full fluency in Greek (C2 Level) is mandatory.

• Target Market Expertise: Previous experience delivering customer care specifically to Greek customers is required.

• The "Premium" Mindset: A strong service orientation with exceptional communication skills-you understand how to make a customer feel valued and respected.

• Tech & WFH Readiness: A reliable, hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable) is required at your home office to access Bosch's secure platforms.

• Barcelona-Based: You must be based in the Barcelona metropolitan area. While you will work primarily from home, you will join us at our vibrant office for up to 5 days per month for team syncs, quality reviews, and social events.
