Job description

Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Opportunity

Join our organization in a picturesque location near the Adirondack Mountains, Lake Ontario, and the St. Lawrence River. This area offers a wealth of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, kayaking, and skiing, making it an ideal place to live and work.

Compensation Package
  • Annual Base Salary: $450,000, complemented by a WRVU Incentive Program
  • Signing Bonus: $100,000
  • Annual Educational Loan Repayment: $20,000 for up to 4 years, totaling a maximum of $80,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $15,000
  • Continuing Education Stipend: $5,000 annually, plus 5 paid days off
Practice Overview
  • Be part of our team at a newly established Center for Women and Children, which includes labor and delivery, mother-baby care, neonatal intensive care, and pediatrics, opened in 2019.
  • Enjoy private accommodations in one of the 21 mother and baby rooms, each featuring large windows, a private bath, and ample space for overnight guests.
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art main operating room, which includes eight surgical suites, with two specifically for labor and delivery.
  • Work with advanced technology, including a new DaVinci XI system with integrated table motion.
  • Benefit from 24-hour coverage by a Board-Certified Neonatologist and anesthesia services.
  • Serve a catchment population of 250,000, with teaching opportunities available through accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine and Internal Medicine programs.
  • Support military families from nearby Fort Drum, NY.
  • Experience a well-organized office environment with a convenient 5-minute commute to the hospital.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must possess Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or be actively pursuing certification.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and motivation to deliver optimal care and outcomes.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
  • Experience with robotics is optional.

  • Participate in the development of a new Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory currently under construction.
  • Work within an independent, financially stable, not-for-profit healthcare system serving a regional population exceeding 250,000 residents.
