  • Calibrate equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to keep operations running smoothly
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to achieve optimal quality and finish
  • Inspect and verify product output to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop prototypes and support R&D initiatives
  • Train and support Machine Operators to meet established standards
  • Track machine performance, adjustments, and production data
  • Evaluate tooling effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Represent Belt Power with professionalism and pride
  • Take on additional responsibilities that support team success

What You Bring

  • Strong math skills and confidence using a tape measure
  • Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

What Sets You Apart

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-first mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Organized, adaptable, and driven to succeed
  • Positive energy and strong work ethic

Physical Demands

This role is active and hands-on. You’ll use your strength and coordination to operate equipment, handle tools, and move materials (up to 15 pounds). Expect a mix of standing, bending, kneeling, and sitting throughout your day.

Work Environment
