As one of the first team members to start the day, you'll play an essential role in preparing our fresh donuts and bakery items that guests look forward to every morning. You'll also provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, processing transactions, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

  • Bake, decorate, and prepare fresh donuts and bakery items according to Dunkin' standards.

· Answer guest questions regarding menu, pricing, and other related questions.

· Operate a cash register.

· Accept payment via cash, credit card, or gift card/certificate and make change when appropriate.

· Balance cash drawer and open and close according to restaurant and cash handling procedures.

Required Experience:

Cashier, cashier handling, or crew member experience.

Knowledge and understanding of relevant food safety and sanitation laws, principles, procedures, and practices.

Ability to read and comprehend primary language spoken at the work location.


Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

· Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment drug screening.

· Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.

· Satisfactory completion of a background check in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
