Job description

Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin, is a nationally recognized, award-winning distributor specializing in the installation and service of automatic sliding, swinging, revolving, and security door equipment. As an Installer Technician at AEW, you will be responsible for installing new automatic swing, sliding, revolving, and security door equipment. This role may include occasional overnight travel as well as night / weekend work throughout Wisconsin. Ample opportunities for overtime are available. You will represent AEW with professionalism, working both independently and within teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

***This role will be working within Waukesha and the surrounding areas.***

In this role you will…

  • Install new automatic swing, sliding, revolving, and security door equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, sales teams, general contractors, and end-users.
  • Complete and submit all required company paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless installation processes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company and industry guidelines.

  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency with power and hand tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting our company's insurance requirements.

Additional Details:

In this role, you will need a valid driver's license, be able to pass a drug test, be able to occasionally lift door panels that can weigh over 100 pounds, be able to pass a physical, and need to be available after hours (occasionally) as this position requires the tech to be on call approximately every six weeks.
