Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Are you someone who takes pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? Capital Auto Group is looking for an Overnight Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure parts are received, organized, stocked, and ready for our dealerships and service departments each day.

 What You'll Be Doing
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming parts shipments.

  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

  • Pick, package, and stage parts for delivery and dealership transfers.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.

  • Operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools safely.

  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

  • Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for.

  • Work independently during overnight hours while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

 What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or parts experience preferred.

  • Automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
