We seek individuals with a warm attitude, polished appearance, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction:
    • Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner.
    • Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally.
    • Open car and hotel doors for guests as well as assist with coats and luggage.
    • Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
    • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
  • Vehicle Handling:
    • Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
    • Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.
    • Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.
  • Appearance and Presentation:
    • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.
    • Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
    • Support team members during busy periods or special events.
  • Safety and Security:
    • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.
