Pay: $2,794/week | 36 Hours | Overnight | 13 Weeks

Location: Tucson, AZ
Shift: Overnight | 7 On / 7 Off | 8:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM (Wedโ€“Tue)
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Contract: 13 Weeks
EMR: Cerner


Requirements:
Active Arizona Pharmacist License โ€“ Required
BLS & ACLS โ€“ Required
Minimum 2 years inpatient hospital experience โ€“ Required
Sterile compounding experience โ€“ Required
Ability to work independently
Board Certification or Residency โ€“ Preferred
NICU experience โ€“ Preferred


Key Responsibilities:
Medication dispensing and verification
IV admixture and sterile compounding
Collaboration with physicians on dosing and therapy
Medication safety and adverse reaction monitoring
Patient and staff education
