Job description

Who We Are:

We are custom jewelry manufacturer focusing primarily on grillz. Our shop works with both traditional and modern methods: CAD software, 3D wax printing, and hands-on casting.

The Role:

This is a production role with a possibility toward design work. You'll start by supporting the shop by running prints, prepping files, cleaning castings, and keeping the facility in order. Over your first 90 days, as you build skill and trust, you'll take on spruing, casting, and eventually start designing.

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who works carefully/safely, listens well, and cares about quality. Additionally, discretion is important as you will sign an NDA and non-compete before accepting this job.

Workplace Requirements:

In-Shop Position: This position is exclusively on-site, requiring all duties to be performed in person at the designated work location.

Physical Demand: This position requires you to exert 35 lbs of weight occasionally.

Environment: The work environment is filled with fire and sharp hazards Work hazards include exposure to chemicals, dangerous equipment, and others

Reliability: Production is planned around who shows up. Being on time and present matters here more than at most jobs.

Intermediate computer Proficiency: You should be comfortable moving around a computer, managing files, and learning software through repetition.

Discretion: The process and the skills learned will be carefully guarded. NDA and non-competes will be signed for our protection.

Preferred Attributes:

• Any experience with 3D design software (ZBrush, Blender, Fusion, Rhino, or similar).

• Hands-on experience in jewelry, dental lab work, sculpting, or any fine-craft discipline.

• Familiarity with 3D printing, especially resin or wax printing.

• Experience with lost-wax casting, metalworking, or polishing.

• Art or design background — drawing, sculpture, digital art.

What You'll Learn

• Digital sculpting and design for custom jewelry

• Sprue design and placement for successful casting outcomes.

• Lost-wax casting in sterling silver and gold, using both centrifugal and vacuum methods.

• Diagnosing and preventing casting defects like porosity and incomplete fills.

• Metal finishing and polishing

Additional Benefits After Full-Time Acceptance
