Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our IV Team.
.9 FTE (72 hours in biweekly pay period)
12 Hour Shift - Days

IV Team RNs are highly flexible and provide care for a diverse patient population throughout the hospital.
The IV Team at Overlake Hospital is a high-performing, energetic, compassionate team who enjoys variety, thrives in an independent environment, and demonstrates high levels of customer service throughout the hospital. We are seeking positive, self-motivated nurses who collaborate well with multiple departments to provide our patients excellent care and an excellent experience. Successful candidates consistently demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills.
Strong IV skills required. Experience accessing and caring for ports and central lines, and US-guided peripheral IV insertion, strongly preferred. Experience inserting PICC's and mid-lines are also preferred. IV Team RN's enjoy continuing education and certification opportunities in a culture that recognizes professional growth and development.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.
  • Current WA state RN license required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • BLS required, ACLS preferred, NIHSS preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include: CRNI.
