An oven worker is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial ovens used in baking, drying, or curing products such as food, ceramics, or manufactured goods. Their duties typically include loading materials into the oven, setting temperature and timing controls, observing the baking or curing process, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
