What You Will Do:

  • Culinary Excellence: Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Saute, and Grill stations.

  • Maintain the Standard: Uphold IGC's high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.

  • Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

  • Collaborate: Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
