Outside Sales Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Fluid Handling Equipment


Eastern Wisconsin

$75,000 - $80,000 Base + Commission / Bonus, OTE $80,000 - $90,000


An Outside Sales Account Manager is required for a field-based industrial sales role covering Eastern Wisconsin, with Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Milwaukee and Madison all relevant territory areas.

This role is best suited to a consultative technical salesperson who can understand customer applications and recommend suitable fluid process, filtration, pump, valve or fluid handling solutions. You will develop new business, expand existing accounts and work with internal teams to support customers across manufacturing, process and industrial production environments.


Outside Sales Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Fluid Handling Equipment Benefits:

· $75,000 - $80,000 base salary, subject to experience

· Commission / bonus opportunity linked to territory growth

· Expected total compensation around $80,000 - $100,000, subject to performance

The Outside Sales Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Fluid Handling Equipment Role:

· Develop and execute a territory sales plan across Eastern Wisconsin

· Identify, target and secure new industrial business opportunities

· Grow existing accounts through regular customer contact and site visits

· Sell fluid process products, filtration systems, pumps, valves, fluid handling equipment and related industrial solutions

· Manage the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through to quotations, negotiation and close

· Build relationships with key decision makers and act as a trusted technical sales contact

· Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, customer activity and forecasting


Outside Sales Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Fluid Handling Equipment Requirements:

· Experience as an Outside Sales Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Representative or similar industrial sales role

· 2+ years of industrial outside sales experience

· Experience selling fluid process equipment, filtration systems, pumps, valves, fluid handling equipment, rotating equipment or related industrial products

· Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts

· Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated approach with strong territory and time management skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly for customer visits


Desirable Experience:

· Process pump experience

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, business or a related technical field

· Experience selling value-added industrial distribution products into manufacturing or process customers
