Property Claim Representative

IMT Insurance is now taking applications for the position of a Property Claim Representative in the Council Bluffs, Iowa area. This individual will conduct investigations and attempt settlement of claims submitted by policyholders for property losses. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, detailed worker, who can manage time and work on multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and service. IMT Property Claims Representatives investigate and evaluate claims involving personal and commercial property to determine proper policy coverages and apply best claims practices to ensure accurate settlements in accordance with company guidelines. A Day In The Life
  • Conduct interviews with insureds, claimants and other interested parties
  • Conduct thorough investigations and examine insurance policies to determine coverage
  • Inspect damages and prepare written estimates of repair or replacement
  • Correspond with insureds, claimants and other interested parties
