Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outreach Program Manager to lead our outreach initiatives and foster meaningful community relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, program development expertise, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Manage relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service recipients.
  • Supervise outreach staff and volunteers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
  • Coordinate outreach activities across multiple sites.
Other Information/Requirements:
  • Program development and implementation tailored to populations with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges.
  • Skilled in relationship management with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a social work.
  • Experience in budgeting, administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with funding agencies.
  • Knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and effective program management strategies.
