Manager Community Outreach 

 

         

Manager Community Outreach Position Summary:

The Manager Community Outreach is responsible for strengthening existing referral relationships and leading the development of new referral relationships between Hosparus Health and referral sources across our communities served.  The Manager Community Outreach works with physician practices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources as assigned in his/her territory ensuring timely and efficient responses to business opportunities and issues.  This manager also works with the Referral & Admissions Department and Clinical Director and/or Clinical Managers in the assigned territory assisting with communication, customer service, and compliance of regulatory and accreditation standards. 

 

Manager Community Outreach Position Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred, but related equivalent experience in outreach or sales will be considered.
  • 3-5 years experience in direct marketing or sales required.
  • Awareness of territory management and educational concepts required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and outside contacts at all levels.
  • Previous healthcare experience, either in hospital, physician office, or nursing facility setting preferred.
