JOIN OUR TEAM AT CCHRC: We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic Lead Marketing and Public Relations Representative to drive our community outreach and healthcare provider partnerships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical care and community engagement-building trust with hospital physicians, guiding families through healthcare options, and representing our brand with a warm, outgoing, and positive attitude


CLINICAL CREDENTIALS: Active RN and LPN license required.


MARKETING EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on marketing, sales, or public relations experience in healthcare.


KNOWLEDGE BASE: Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare coverage systems.


COMMUNICATIONS: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to and collaborating with physicians and executive leadership.


MINDSET AND ADAPTABILITY: Fast-paced problem solver with strong decision-making skills, high flexibility, and a positive attitude focused on helping others.

#183; Will conduct sales calls and presentations to generate referrals from hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice services, wound care clinics, and other medical-related operators.

#183;Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and promote our facilities.

#183; Will engage patients and families to communicate the advantages of in-patient skilled nursing services/assisted living services.

#183; Responsible for all thing public relations; manage marketing, communications, and sales functions.

#183; Maintain regular contact with potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, insurers, and healthcare agencies.

#183; Will develop content for brand positioning.

#183; Responsible for maintaining marketing costs within the allowed budget.

#183; Comply with policies and procedures, laws and regulations, standards of practice, and established work rules.

#183; Participates in weekly update meetings and provides monthly marketing reports to be provided to CEO and Administrators.
