Peak ENT Associates

Job description

Peak ENT is seeking a resourceful, relationship-driven coordinator to execute a focused community and employer outreach campaign across Utah County. This temporary role is built for someone who enjoys opening doors, organizing polished events, following through consistently, and turning community connections into measurable growth.

The coordinator will represent a practice centered on expert, accessible, and compassionate ear, nose, and throat care. The role blends employer outreach, referral development, event coordination, digital campaign support, and disciplined reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Employer outreach: Research and contact HR, benefits, wellness, and community leaders at targeted Utah County employers.
  • Event execution: Secure, schedule, and coordinate lunch-and-learns, wellness presentations, health fairs, and related outreach events.
  • Referral development: Visit primary care, pediatric, urgent care, and other community practices with approved provider and scheduling resources.
  • Campaign support: Help coordinate seasonal, pediatric, sleep, sinus, hearing, allergy, review-generation, and patient-reactivation activities.
  • Community representation: Attend selected networking events and represent Peak ENT with warmth, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Follow-up and tracking: Maintain accurate contact records, document next steps, complete timely follow-up, and provide a concise weekly report.
  • Marketing coordination: Organize approved print and digital materials, capture event content when authorized, and support social media or testimonial workflows as assigned.
  • Compliance and brand stewardship: Use only approved messaging and materials; protect confidential information and escalate clinical or patient questions to the appropriate Peak ENT team member.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, calendar coordination, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with leadership direction.
  • Reliable transportation and availability for local travel throughout Utah County.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic contact or activity tracking tools.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison work, community outreach, sales, business development, recruiting, or event coordination.
  • Knowledge of Utah County employers, schools, chambers, healthcare organizations, or community networks.
  • Experience using a CRM, spreadsheet, project tracker, or marketing calendar.
  • Comfort supporting social media, email, review, or patient-engagement campaigns.

THE PERSON WHO WILL THRIVE HERE

You are proactive without being pushy, polished without being impersonal, and comfortable moving between planning and field execution. You notice details, close loops, adapt quickly, and understand that trust is built through helpful, consistent follow-through. You can represent clinical expertise with humility and know when to bring a question back to the Peak ENT team.

WORKING EXPECTATIONS

  • Flexible part-time schedule averaging 15-25 hours per week, with some daytime employer visits and occasional early, evening, or event-based availability.
  • Combination of field outreach, event attendance, office coordination, and remote administrative work.
  • Temporary assignment anticipated to last 8-12 weeks, with dates and schedule established at hire.
  • Local travel is required. Mileage reimbursement, if offered, will follow Peak ENT policy.
  • Performance will be reviewed through campaign activity, quality of follow-up, event execution, relationship development, and attributable outcomes.

WHY PEAK ENT

Peak ENT combines specialized expertise with a caregiver mindset. Our goal is to make high-quality ENT care feel accessible, comfortable, and personal for patients of all ages. In this role, your work will directly support community relationships and help more families connect with the right care.
