The Recovery Engagement And Linkage (REAL) program is a SUD outreach and engagement program for ages 14 through adulthood. The REAL Team members have lived experience to assist the consumers in achieving program goals. The ideal Outreach Worker will have prior experience in outreach and is comfortable making connections in the community.

Position Title: Outreach Worker
