Location: Albany, Georgia - A vibrant Southwest Georgia community offering a warm climate, affordable cost of living, and easy access to regional airports, outdoor recreation, and family-friendly neighborhoods.
Healthcare Organization: A comprehensive women's health center providing full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology services. The team includes 4 OBGYN physicians, 3 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 2 Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, with an additional 3 OBGYNs providing PRN call coverage at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Opportunity: Full-time OBGYN opportunity to replace a physician relocating out of state. The incoming provider will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to providing high-quality OB and GYN care to a diverse patient population.
Details:
  • Setting: Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. in clinic, plus call and one surgery day per week at the hospital
  • EMR Systems: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Meditech (hospital)
  • APP Supervision: Yes
  • Optional HIV Care: Opportunity to participate in care at nearby HIV Rural Model Clinic (serving 1,200+ patients)
  • Teaching Opportunities:
    • Precept Family Medicine residents
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $280,000-$347,500 (guaranteed for first 6 months, then transitions to production model or sooner if mutually agreed)
  • Production Model: Based on patient visits and volume (similar to RVU model); high earning potential
