WORK SCHEDULE

Our crews work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 363 days a year.

  • Weekend shifts can be 10–12 hours
  • We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • Employees must be comfortable working long shifts and varying schedules

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check for insurance purposes
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather, including hot summer temperatures and cold winter conditions
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Must be a "people person" who enjoys providing excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Must be willing to learn and follow company procedures and safety standards

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Fleet Clean crew member, you will:

  • Drive company box trucks and other vehicles to and from customer locations
  • Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment
  • Use brushes, cleaners, and pressure washing equipment to remove built-up dirt, mud, grease, and debris from customer vehicles
  • Maintain equipment in good working order
  • Properly store equipment between jobs
  • Drain, clean, and refill water tanks at designated intervals
  • Properly use cleaning solutions and water
  • Clean and maintain wash equipment at the end of each shift
  • Confirm that all equipment is properly stored and ready for the next shift
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and customer-service procedures
