Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team. This role provides a variety of activities-including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance-making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn't require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

Requirements
This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service & Sales
  • Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
  • Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations
  • Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

Inventory Management
  • Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation
  • Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
  • Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic math and communication skills
An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service
Preferred, but not required...
Warehouse associate experience
Delivery driver experience
Forklift Certification
Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus
