CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Oceanside, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

The Gig
  • Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
  • Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
  • Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
  • Use a camera pole for roof photos
  • Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
  • Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
