Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and lead engaging outdoor education programs and activities for diverse groups
  • Facilitate team-building exercises, nature exploration, and adventure-based learning experiences
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during outdoor activities and excursions
  • Adapt curriculum and programming to meet the needs of varying age groups and skill levels
  • Maintain and inspect equipment and outdoor facilities to ensure safe conditions
  • Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff regarding program goals and outcomes
  • Model environmental stewardship and Leave No Trace principles in all programming
