Job description

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist provides administrative support for the Customer Service and Inventory Control functions. This position assists with customer order processing, invoicing, customer portal management, shipping documentation, inventory transactions, and other administrative activities that ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely product delivery. The role works closely with internal departments, customers, and carriers to support daily business operations while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Support Customer Service with order entry and order maintenance.
  • Assist with customer invoicing and documentation.
  • Maintain customer web portals and upload required shipping and order information.
  • Prepare and distribute shipping documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
