Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct investigative research through high-volume outbound calling and customer engagement, gathering and verifying market intelligence within the industrial sector. This position is ideal for candidates with strong outbound calling and customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. In Office Environment - THIS IS NOT IT/ ANALYTICS position. The position does not work on software such as Power BI /Python/PANDAS nor Cyber Security.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make high-volume outbound calls to companies and industry professionals to gather key project data.
  • Conduct surveys and extract new market data using methods such as phone interviews, questionnaires, market analysis surveys, and internet search techniques.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate information in the companyโ€™s database.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in all data collected and recorded.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine research techniques and improve data collection processes.
  • Prepare and present summaries of survey data that includes tables, graphs, written text, and fact sheets that describe research results.
  • Compose brief reports and summaries based on collected industrial sectors to enhance client deliverables.
  • Monitor relevant industry and follow trends in trade literature; maintain strong command of industry terminology which includes numerous heavy equipment and industry process details.
  • Support occasional client meetings, trade shows, or company-hosted seminars with prepared research analysis.
