About the Role

Warehouse Sales and Service is seeking a Market Development Representative to help grow our customer base across the Atlanta warehouse, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing market.

This is a high-outbound, B2B opportunity development role focused on identifying new customers, connecting with decision-makers, and building qualified service opportunities for warehouse equipment maintenance, repair, rental, and support services.

You will NOT be responsible for closing deals. Your focus is opening doors, starting conversations, and developing opportunities that the Sales team will convert into customers.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Identify warehouse and industrial companies in the Atlanta market
  • Research decision-makers (operations, maintenance, facilities, procurement)
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Qualify customer needs and identify service opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Develop relationships and keep prospects engaged over time
  • Prepare qualified opportunities for handoff to Sales

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Strong outbound communication skills (phone + email)
  • Comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations
  • Strong research and organization skills
  • Ability to follow a structured outreach process
