Inside Sales Representative - Outbound

Description -

HP is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You'll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
  • Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth.
  • Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on expanding the product portfolio to customers.
  • Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs.
  • Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales, and technical demonstrations.
  • Education & Experience Recommended:

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Experience in direct sales and working with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to support account teams and drive sales for transactional deals.
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in selling services and recurring revenue models.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and align with strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in digital and remote selling.
  • Experience with cross-selling and up-selling to enhance customer value.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in developing new business.
  • New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies-especially AI-to improve sales performance and customer engagement. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is$31to$47USD per hour with a60%/40%(salary/incentive) mix. Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
