Logistics Supervisor

In this role you will be responsible for

Responsible for overseeing daily cross dock operations, including inbound and outbound flow, dock coordination, and material handling activities.

Ensures efficient execution of logistics processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and alignment with production requirements.

Supervises team performance, manages staffing and workload distribution, and drives KPI achievement (throughput, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy).

Supports cost control through efficient labor utilization, reduction of operational waste, and proper handling of materials and equipment.

What is required:

3-5 years of experience

  • Cross-dock and warehouse operations management, knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, transportation and logistics coordination, inventory control, KPI tracking and analysis, and basic Lean or continuous improvement principles.

  • Experience in warehouse or cross-dock operations, logistics or transportation coordination, team supervision, and working within fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Handling high-volume operations, managing inbound and outbound material flow, working with WMS/ERP systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and responding to operational disruptions such as delays, inventory discrepancies, or labor constraints.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
