How you'll make an impact:

As the Manager, Campaign Development, you will be responsible for end-to-end development and implementation of marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and deliver campaigns and customer journeys that optimize customer engagement and marketing performance.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with various marketing lines of business to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and campaign criteria, ensuring accurate implementation within marketing campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business requirements for email, SMS, push, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, and in-vehicle messaging.
  • Build and manage Data Cloud segments, audience segmentation, data extensions, and campaign automation.
  • Build and manage customer journeys, automations, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and triggered communications.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tested, validated, and deployed according to business requirements and timelines.
  • Analyze available data sources that can be used to enhance campaign segmentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development peers on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and platform best practices.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of business criteria with Marketing to ensure campaign segmentation is being done properly.
  • Facilitate campaign and audience sizing.
  • Assist with legacy/BAU work to assist fellow team members working on Salesforce transition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations

What you'll need:

  • Typically requires a minimum 5 years experience with Customer Data Platforms outside of Salesforce (Teradata, APRIMO, Unica, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or education in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced understanding of Database Marketing, Database Architecture, and SQL.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Expertise in marketing cloud tools: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder/Data Extensions
  • Expertise in Data Cloud segment and activation creation.
  • Ability to continuously develop and improve process / infrastructure within a constantly evolving team
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to all staff levels and possess ability to deliver information tactfully. Ability to work with internal teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $91,100 - $115,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
