Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for making outbound calls to support patients discharged from the hospital. This role involves scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless care transitions. The position is crucial in enhancing patient engagement and healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make 120 outbound calls per day to patients recently discharged from the hospital.
  • Support patients in scheduling appointments and transferring them to appropriate care teams.
  • Assist occasionally with inbound calls and questions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong computer skills and communication skills.
  • Must commit to no time off during the 90-day probationary period.
  • Experience making a high volume of outbound calls with a health plan is preferred.
